Client Correspondence - What to Expect

Ordering flowers online is viewed by many as a stressful and nerve racking experience - though it really shouldn't be! We at The Grower's Box do everything we can to communicate effectively with you, our customers, from the time you place your order of wholesale flowers or wedding flowers until they are delivered to your door (or destination). We do our very best to send information about your order in a timely manner. Outlined below are the emails you can expect to receive from us which contain important information pertaining to your order:

Order Receipt & Confirmation: This email is sent immediately when you click the 'place order' button if ordering online. If you place the order over the phone, the email receipt and confirmation will be sent to you shortly after you hang up with one of our sales representatives. Read over this email carefully as it contains the details of your order including the flowers you purchased, the address where they are to be shipped, as well as the delivery date and billing information. Please make sure ALL of this information is correct. If anything needs to be changed, please contact our sales department as soon as possible.

Tracking Number(s): The day before your flowers are to be delivered you will receive an email from our sales team with the tracking number(s) for your package(s). As an example, if your flowers are scheduled to be delivered on a Wednesday, you should expect an email from us Tuesday afternoon with the tracking number(s) for your package(s). We send out the tracking numbers as soon as we receive them from our flower farms. Please know that we track every package until it is delivered; however, we strongly encourage our customers to track their packages as well.

Flower Care Instructions: This email is also sent out the day before your flowers are to be delivered. Flower care instructions can also be found online at www.growersbox.com/flower-care. We encourage our customers to have flower care instructions on hand when their flowers arrive. If you are shipping the flowers to someone else, we would recommend sending them the flower care instructions as well so they are prepared to care for the flowers properly upon arrival. If you have any questions about how to properly care for your flowers, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team. We would be more than happy to review the flower care instructions with you and answer any questions you may have about how to properly care for and prepare your wholesale flowers or wedding flowers.
