Exploring Arranged Wedding Flowers

In recent years, a whole new world of options have opened up for those seeking DIY (do-it-yourself) wedding flowers. Not only has the internet opened up the availability of many varieties of flowers YEAR-ROUND from growing regions around the world, but also lower prices and custom packages have given brides on a budget MANY options to explore. One of the more recent additions to the online wholesale wedding flower scene by The Grower's Box (http://www.growersbox.com) is the availability of ARRANGED WEDDING FLOWERS (pre-arranged wedding flowers delivered directly to your door)!

The packages of arranged wedding flowers consist of bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces and rose petals - all pre-assembled and shipped directly to your door! The Grower's Box offers these packages in a variety of different colors to match your wedding theme/decor. Collections of arranged wedding flowers are also in various sizes to accommodate wedding parties both large and small. Check out some of our frequently asked questions about arranged wedding flowers:

Are they Affordable? Absolutely! The collections of arranged wedding flowers are available often at a fraction of the price of what you would find through a local floral supplier.

How is the Quality? Each bouquet is hand-assembled the day it ships. Flowers for each arrangement are hand-picked and hand-assembled by floral professionals. The quality of the flowers and the skill with which the arrangements are assembled are excellent!

How Flexible are the Packages? Unfortunately at this time we are unable to modify these packages in any way. The packages follow pre-set recipes and are available in a variety of different sizes and colors to meet the needs of most brides. If you can't find exactly what you are looking for, we highly encourage customers to order the next larger package as the additional flowers can always be used as additional decor at the wedding venue.

When Should I Schedule Delivery? We highly recommend the collections of arranged wedding flowers be delivered 2 days prior to your wedding date (for example, a Thursday delivery for a Saturday wedding). The purpose of scheduling the flowers for delivery 2 days prior to your wedding is to hedge against any sort of a FedEx delay. While delays are truly few and far between, they are never convenient.

How are the Flowers Shipped? Once assembled, the arranged wedding flowers are cooled to 34 degrees and then sent out via FedEx Priority Overnight Services. In most major metropolitan areas deliveries are completed by 10:30am. Deliveries typically begin about 8:00am. If you live outside of town or in a more rural area, delivery times may be later in the day.

How Do I Care for the Flowers? Arranged wedding flowers are really quite easy to care for. A complete flower care guide is included in with the arranged wedding flowers. Generally speaking, you will cut the stems of the bouquets and place them in vases or pitchers of water and store them in a cool spot. Boutonnieres and Corsages are packaged in clear plastic boxes and should be refrigerated. Rose petals are also packaged in clear plastic boxes and should be refrigerated.
