FAQ: Does The Grower’s Box Ship Outside the US?

We frequently receive inquiries about shipping to destinations outside of the United States - including Canada, the Virgin Islands and other US Territories. Currently we are limited to shipping to destinations within the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping internationally (outside of the United States) often requires additional permits and inspections. Packages shipped internationally are often subject to additional customs and agricultural restrictions which are different from those in the United States. Many of our farms are not set up to provide these additional permits and inspections which are required for successful international shipping.

Our recommendation is that if you have found a company that offers international shipping, be sure to ask them the following questions:

1.) Have they successfully shipped internationally before (specifically to your desired destination)?

2.) What is their contingency plan should something go wrong in shipping (including damage to flowers in shipping, prolonged customs/agricultural inspections…)?

3.) Are there any agricultural restrictions preventing the import of any types of flowers you should know about before placing your order?
