FAQ: Products Marked ‘Call for Availability’

Fresh cut flowers are products of nature – beautiful, fragrant and glorious products of nature! As such, they are sometimes not available. Some types of flowers may not be available as a result of temperatures being too hot or too cold, or the growing region experiencing too much rain, or possibly in drought. Whatever the conditions may be, some types of flowers may not be available all the time.

When our farms notify us of a potential shortage or quality issue pertaining to a particular type of flower, we adjust our online catalog accordingly. If our farms feel the shortage will be something temporary, we mark that particular type of flower as ‘Call for Availability’. Products marked as ‘Call for Availability’ are often still available, though quantities may be limited. If you are interested in a flower marked ‘Call for Availability’, we would ask that you please call our sales department at 1-888-297-3000 or email them at sales@growersbox.com and they would be more than happy to assist you!

Cheers!
