We frequently receive questions about the 'when' of ordering wholesale flowers, bulk flowers and wedding flowers. Please find below, some information that will help you as you prepare to place your order:
Currently we can accept orders up to 60 days in advance. For most of the wholesale flowers, bulk flowers and wedding flowers on our site, we do ask that orders be placed at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date.
In most cases we recommend wholesale flowers, bulk flowers and wedding flowers be delivered 3 days prior to your event (unless otherwise specified in the product description). For example, we would normally recommend a Wednesday delivery for a Saturday event. The primary reason we recommend delivery 3 days in advance is to hedge against any sort of a FedEx delay. FedEx is VERY good about delivering flowers on time and delays are truly very few and far between. Please know that we do everything possible to prevent any sort of a delay; however, from time to time, delays do occur, and they are never convenient. Scheduling the flowers for delivery 3 days prior to your event provides sufficient time that, in the unlikely event of a delay, you would still have ample time to hydrate and prepare the flowers.
As mentioned above, for most of the wholesale flowers, bulk flowers and wedding flowers we offer, we recommend delivery 3 days in advance. There are a handful of flowers that we recommend delivery outside of the normal 3 days. Some of those flowers include:
