I am so pleased with my purchase of 250 assorted wholesale roses! You MUST update the farm special picture on your website because the real thing is SO much more beautiful. I live in Virginia and the wedding flowers were sent to my wedding planner in Georgia. I was nervous to order such a big part of the wedding decorations online – especially when the wedding flowers arrived and my planner described them as “thirsty.” She followed your online instructions and I was amazed at what I saw when I arrived in the chapel.

The variety of color was a surprise – as well as how BIG they opened! My planner added a single pearl to the center of your wholesale roses and you can see from the picture she took that these wedding flowers are breathtaking! I ordered the wedding flower decorations from The Grower’s Box and the bouquet, corsages, and boutonnieres from your competitor (Proflowers.com). Your flowers arrived exactly as scheduled and I ordered the competitor’s to arrive that same day. We waited and waited all morning for the competitor…

They did not arrive.

I spent two days before my vow renewal dealing with terrible (Proflowers.com) customer service as the regular customer service told me they were not connected with the wedding division. There was only one contact I had and she was not returning my calls. Customer service told me someone from corporate would return my call within 48 hours!!! As you can see, that was a BAD experience.

Thank you for not causing me any more stress during that time. I definitely will use you again!
