Dear Grower’s Box,

I want to give a huge ‘Thank You’ to your company and especially the staff. if I may, it’s a must that I recognize your Customer Service Department. They were very professional, courteous, and followed through with every promise they made to me.

I took on a huge task decorating a wedding for a friend as well as creating the flower arrangements. I worked with local florist in my town but felt I was intruding on them. I decided to browse the Internet. I checked many sites and your site grabbed me, not to mention the cheapest prices.

I must admit that I was extremely nervous because if these flowers were not what I expected, then it’s a little late to have a plan B in place. I did miss the first attempt with FedEx and I was so upset that that happened. The 2nd attempt was not made for some reason. However, I sent a friend to the FedEx location and she was able to pick them up for me. I felt so bad for the roses knowing that they were on a hot truck all day, and again, nervous not knowing what kind of shape they were going to be in. When I finally did receive them they looked great and packed so professionally. My flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful and it couldn’t have been possible without the spectacular roses and your hard effort.

Again, thank you for all your help with my requests of changing days and addresses. I’m sure I drove your people crazy but you folks went above and beyond the call of duty. Your company is bookmarked and I want the world to know that if this is your first time doing anything like this, I highly recommend The Growers Box. Great job and I will be seeing you again.
