Guarantee & Return Policy
The Grower's Box is your source for flowers, wedding flowers and wholesale flowers. We specialize in the procurement and shipping of only the highest quality fresh cut flowers available. We are very picky about the farms that we work with and have hand selected them - ensuring that they uphold our same commitment to consistency and quality.
Thanks to our strategic alliance with flower farms, cargo agencies, and overnight couriers including FedEx, UPS, and OnTrac, we are able to deliver bouquets of flowers, wedding flowers and wholesale flowers to our customers in a very safe, efficient and streamlined manner. Our customers typically receive their flowers within just 3 or 4 days of being cut! That is 7 to 10 days faster than traditional distribution methods!
We strongly recommend our customers be present at the time of delivery as a signature may** be required by the courier (FedEx, UPS, or OnTrac) upon delivery. The Grower's Box will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of the packages being left in inclement weather, freezing temperatures, etc… damage to products as a result of prolonged travel time caused by the customer not being present, FedEx, UPS, or OnTrac delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections or acts of God.
Please understand that fresh cut flowers including wedding flowers and wholesale flowers are highly perishable, delicate and time-sensitive products which must be cared for properly. Please see our Flower Care section for specific product care instructions.
Wholesale Flowers & Wedding Flowers: Orders of wedding flowers and wholesale flowers from The Grower's Box are shipped directly from the flower farms to your door. At no point are your wholesale flowers or wedding flowers ever warehoused or brokered. Due to the farm-direct nature of our wedding flower and wholesale flower program, we do require all orders be placed at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. Orders can be placed up to 60 days in advance.
We recommend (unless otherwise specified in the product description) that all bulk orders of flowers including wedding flowers and wholesale flowers be delivered 3 days prior to your event (for example: a Wednesday delivery for a Saturday event). Scheduling flowers to arrive in advance will give the wedding flowers and wholesale flowers ample time to hydrate and open. Scheduling flowers to arrive 3 days prior to the event also helps to hedge against any delays that might occur. While delays are truly few and far between… they are never convenient.
Gift Bouquets: Our selection of bouquets of fresh cut flowers are hand assembled and shipped directly to your door. Our design professionals assemble and hand-pack each bouquet to ensure freshness and quality. Orders for gift bouquets can be placed up to 60 days in advance; however, all orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to your desired delivery date.
Changes to Orders
If you wish to change your order, you must do so at least 10 days prior to your delivery date. We may not be able to process changes to your order without 10 day’s notice.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 10 days prior to your delivery date. Requests to cancel orders less than 10 days will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled. All cancelled orders will be assessed a $15.00 processing fee.
In the event that part of your order is missing, please contact us immediately. The Grower's Box will inquire with our flower farms to find out exactly what was shipped. If there is a discrepancy, The Grower's Box will reimburse the customer the value of the missing items per the pricing on the order, or send out replacements where possible. The Grower's Box will not be responsible for replacing missing items from your local floral suppliers.
If a customer has a coupon code, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the coupon code at the time the order is placed. The Grower's Box cannot apply a coupon code to an order after it has been placed.
Our most up do date product and pricing information can always be found online at www.growersbox.com. We do our very best to ensure correct pricing information is posted online for each package; however, despite our best efforts, a small number of the packages in our catalog may be priced incorrectly. If a package's correct price is higher than the price posted online, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
All claims need to be reported to The Grower's Box within 24 hours of receipt of product. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. We may ask for assistance with pictures, date and time of delivery and possibly the return of the products to process the claim. Please know that all claims are handled on a case by case basis.
When a claim is accepted, The Grower's Box will reimburse the customer the value of the damaged items per the pricing on the order, or will send out replacements where possible. The Grower's Box will not be responsible for replacing damaged items from your local floral suppliers.
The Grower's Box will not be responsible for a customer’s misuse or handling of flowers. Please follow the guidelines and instructions online to ensure bouquets of flowers, wedding flowers and wholesale flowers are cared for properly. If you have any questions regarding flower care, please contact our customer care representatives at 1-888-297-3000. Customers that order from The Grower's Box will be responsible for knowing how to properly care for their bouquets of flowers, wedding flowers and wholesale flowers.
Due to the farm direct nature of our floral operation, the flower care instructions will not be included in the packages of wedding flowers and wholesale flowers. Flower care instructions are available online and are sent to each customer after placing an order. The Grower's Box will not be responsible for products that were not cared for properly.
Your decision to purchase from The Grower's Box confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of our policies.
** If you have ever signed a door tag by FedEx, UPS, or OnTrac authorizing them to leave a package, all future packages may be delivered without a signature requirement. Some of the farms that we work with do require packages to be signed for at delivery.
