Large Sunflowers - 40 stems

Looking for something to warm up your event?  LARGE SUNFLOWERS are the way to do it!  Throughout the generations these wholesale flowers have stood for, and continue to stand for loyalty and longevity.  In ancient cultures these flowers were symbolic of the sun, and radiate the warmth and light produced therein. 

Description: These magnificent large Sunflowers are grown under the beautiful sunny skies of Southern California and stand well over 30” (usually around 36”) in overall height.  The face on these large Sunflowers measures on average between 2.5” and 3” in diameter. Blooms are typically in excess of 6" in outside diameter.

Availability: Sunflowers are available year-round from our flower farms in California.  At certain times of the year, some colors/varieties of sunflowers are not available.

This package consists of 40 stems of large sunflowers carefully packed in 8 bunches of 5 stems.

All orders for this product must be placed at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. 

We highly recommend our customers schedule the large sunflowers for delivery 3 days prior to their event.  The large sunflowers will take a day or two to reach full bloom, but will last beautifully for many more days after that if cared for properly.  Please visit our flower care section for complete care instructions.

** Special Tip **

Sunflowers:

- Sunflowers are shipped in an early blooming stage and will take several days to open properly.

- Upon receipt of the Sunflowers, remove any foliage that you do not need. The foliage on the Sunflowers is VERY absorbent and prevents water from reaching the flower head.

- Cut the stems about 1 inch from the bottom and place them in water. Change the water every 2 to 3 days or as needed.
