The Grower’s Box is an online farm-direct floral provider dedicated to delivering only the freshest and highest quality wholesale flowers and wedding flowers to our customers at discount prices. We work closely with a select network of farms and cargo agencies in Central America, South America, and the United States who share our same commitment to quality. Thanks to our strategic alliance with overnight couriers including FedEx and UPS, we can safely deliver the finest fresh cut floral products to our clients within 96 hours of being cut! That is 7 to 10 days faster than traditional distribution methods!

The Grower’s Box ships only the finest in online wholesale flowers and wedding flowers. Orders are individually processed and hand-packed at the farm level. At no point are our flowers warehoused or brokered. Our customers should expect only the highest quality fresh cut flowers and first class service with every order.

We highly recommend our customer or their representative be present at the time of delivery. A signature requirement may or may not** be required at the time the flowers are delivered. The Grower’s Box will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, freezing temperatures, etc…, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx or UPS delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God.

Please remember that fresh flowers are highly perishable, delicate, and time-sensitive products which require a very different set of conditions than other goods.

Order Placement

Due to the farm-direct nature of our floral program we do require that all orders be placed at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. Orders can be placed up to 60 days in advance.

Changes to an Order

If you wish to change your order you must do so at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. We may not be able to process changes to your order without 10 days notice.

Order Cancellations

All cancelled orders will be assessed a $15.00 processing fee. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date. Requests to cancel orders less than 7 days will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled.

Claims

Claims regarding flower quality must be reported to The Grower’s Box within 24 hours of receipt of product. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. We may ask for your assistance with pictures, date and time of delivery, and possibly the return of the products to process your claim. Please know that all claims are handled on a case by case basis.

The Grower’s Box will not be responsible for products mishandled by customers. Complete flower care instructions are posted online as a courtesy. Due to the farm-direct nature of our floral program, flower care instructions are not included in every package. It is the customer’s responsibility to know how to properly care for the products they are ordering.

Missing Flowers

In the event that part of your order is missing, The Grower’s Box will check with the flower farms to verify the packing of your box. If there is a discrepancy, The Grower’s Box will reimburse the customer the value of the missing items per the pricing on the order. The Grower’s Box will not be responsible for replacing missing items from your local floral suppliers.

Your decision to purchase from The Grower’s Box confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of our policies.

**If you have ever signed a door tag by FedEx authorizing them to leave a package, all future packages will be delivered without a signature requirement. Some of the flower farms that we work with do require a signature at the time the flowers are delivered.
