Why is working with The Grower's Box better than working with my local florist or other floral providers?

The Grower's Box is a direct flower importer - meaning the wedding flowers and wholesale flowers you receive are shipped directly from the flower farms to you - they are never brokered or warehoused. Each order is individually processed and packed at the farm level according to your specifications. Flowers purchased from your local florist or other floral provider can be up to 15 days old! Wedding flowers and wholesale flowers from The Grower's Box are delivered to your door within 3-4 days of being cut!

Where do the flowers come from?

The wedding flowers and wholesale flowers you purchase from The Grower's Box come from our exclusive network of the finest farms throughout Central America, South America, Thailand and the United States. These farms are required meet our high standards for quality and consistency in order for us to consider selling their products. Rest assured that you are receiving the finest wedding flowers and wholesale flowers with every order!

How will my flowers arrive?

The wedding flowers and wholesale flowers you order from The Grower's Box are shipped in bulk. They are packed so as to arrive in the best possible condition. Many of the flowers will have excess foliage which will need to be removed before arranging. Selling and shipping wedding flowers and wholesale flowers in bulk allows us to sell large quantities of flowers at exceptional prices. With little effort you can turn bulk flowers into a floral masterpiece!

What can I do to prolong the life of my flowers?

The life of your flowers can be prolonged by following our flower care guidelines found in the Flower Care section on our website.

How do I know that my order has been received?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order as well as a receipt for the flowers purchased.

Is my email address and billing information kept private?

Your email address and billing information are only used to process your order. The Grower's Box does not sell or share email addresses and personal information with any other organization.

Is it safe to place my order online?

The Grower's Box employs well-established and secure channels for checkout. We use the most up to date encryption system to ensure that your credit card information is safe and secure.

Do you ship to Canada?

At the present time The Grower's Box does not offer shipping to Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping program to include Canada but do not offer such services at this time.

Do you ship to the United Kingdom?

How soon can I place my order?

Wedding Flowers & Wholesale Flowers: We do require that ALL orders for wedding flowers and wholesale flowers be placed at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. Orders can be placed up to 60 days in advance.

Gift Items: We do require ALL orders for gift items be placed at least 3 days prior to your desired delivery date (unless otherwise specified on the product detail page). Orders can be placed up to 60 days in advance.

How soon before my event should I schedule my flowers to arrive?

We highly recommend customers schedule their wedding flowers and wholesale flowers to arrive three (3) days prior to their event (for example: a Wednesday delivery for a Saturday event) unless otherwise indicated on the product information page. This will allow sufficient time for the flowers to open, and in the event of a delay, you would still receive your flowers with time to spare. Though we never anticipate any delays, on occasions we do experience them.

How can I receive a catalog?

Our most up to date product and pricing information can always be found online. Since we are constantly adding new flowers to our website, we encourage our customers to visit our website often to check out our ever-changing portfolio of flowers.

Is it possible to order samples?

Due to the nature of our farm-direct flower program we are unable to send out samples of our flowers. We work directly with the flower farms where the flowers are grown. At no point in time are our wedding flowers and wholesale flowers ever warehoused or brokered - they are shipped directly from the flower farms to you. The quantities that we have designated on the website for each product are for shipping purposes. Most of the damage sustained to flowers occurs when the flowers shift while in transit. Flowers are carefully packed at the farm and are packed "snug" in the box so that they don't move. The quantities that we have listed on the website have been determined through years of shipping experience. If you are interested in seeing our products before you place your final order, we would encourage you to order the smallest box of the product of particular interest.
