All prices posted online for bulk packages of wholesale flowers and wedding flowers include shipping via overnight courier. It is our guarantee that only the finest flowers will be sent to you securely and in the most efficient manner possible.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND customers schedule all bulk packages of wholesale flowers and wedding flowers to arrive three (3) days prior to your event (unless otherwise indicated in the product description).
All orders for bulk packages of wholesale flowers and wedding flowers must be placed at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date, and can be placed up to 60 days in advance. All orders must be submitted by 4:00pm PST to be processed on that date. Orders received after 4:00pm PST will be processed on the following business day.
Orders For Gift Items:
Thanks to our strategic partnership with FedEx, The Grower's Box can deliver the finest gift items including bouquets of flowers at exceptional prices. All prices posted online for gift items include shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight Services. It is our guarantee that only the finest flowers and gift items will be sent to you securely and in the most efficient manner possible.
All orders for gift items must be placed at least 3 days prior to your desired delivery date (unless otherwise indicated in the product description), and orders can be placed up to 60 days in advance. All orders must be submitted by 4:00pm PST to be processed on that date. Orders received after 4:00pm PST will be processed on the following business day.
Additional Shipping Information:
Deliveries are available Tuesday – Friday. Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries due to courier restrictions. All deliveries should arrive by 5:00pm on the delivery date you specify, and under most circumstances packages will arrive by 10:30am (Please contact FedEx to confirm service availability and estimated delivery time for your area**). Due to the fact that fresh cut flowers are perishable products and affected by weather and climate, we ask that customers or their representatives be present at time of delivery. This will guarantee that flowers are not left unattended or sent back for next day delivery.
** Confirming service availability and estimated delivery time for your area can be done by calling FedEx, providing the customer representative with your 5 digit zip code and informing them that you are expecting a Priority Overnight Package.
** Alaska Customers: Please be advised that though flowers are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight Services, some locations in rural Alaska may require an additional day in transit resulting in a one-day delay of your shipment.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. FedEx requires customers supply a phone number and will not ship to P.O. boxes. You will be assessed a $15.00 fee per shipment if a shipment has to be rerouted by request or due to incomplete shipping information. Only one reroute will be allowed per shipment.
At the present time, we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact us for the shipping rates to these destinations.
The day before your products are to arrive you will receive an email from FedEx, UPS or OnTrac with your individual shipment tracking information including estimated delivery time.
